A Yoga Therapy session provides personal, individualized attention for your Yoga practice. Michael will work with you to adjust your poses for maximum benefit and a deeper Yoga experience. Sessions range from gentle and restorative to a vigorous Vinyasa flow.
In a Thai Massage session, Michael uses acupressure, gentle twisting, deep stretching, meditation, and rhythmic massage to soothe and restore the recipient. This ancient system of healing has its roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic medicine, and Buddhist spiritual practice. Sessions are practiced fully clothed and without the use of oils.
